Enrichment Classes at ELM!

Playful Explorations (ages 18-36 Months)

Playful Explorations is for the littlest ELM clients and their parents. Sensory-based fun! Engage all the senses through playful activities and purposefully designed tools. Movement, visual perceptual skills, memory, music, hands-on sensory experiences, art studio and block studio are all part of a complete, engaging experience. This is a parent participation class and includes an informative and fun parent seminar.  8 Sessions $199
**One additional child per household may be enrolled for $75  

Finger Gymnastics (ages 3-4)

A play-based fine motor readiness class which emphasizes grasp development, eye-hand coordination, rhythm, scissor skills, left/right discrimination, stroke development, and fine motor readiness. Serious fun for success in writing! 8 Sessions $235

Music and Movement Matters (ages 4-6)

Increase learning abilities through specially designed music and movement activities that are fun and engaging. Research shows that there are common threads in higher order thinking and musical experience, and movement is the gateway to all learning. 8 sessions $225

Writing/Reading Readiness (entering K/1st Grade)

Prepare your child for the demands of writing through this fun and engaging class. The class emphasizes proper form and size consistency, success using handwriting lines, proper sequencing, and fewer reversals.  Skills are reinforced using "hands-on" techniques developed by a leading Occupational Therapist, Brain-Gym, and rhythm and timing exercises. This is writing as you have never seen it before! 8 sessions $349
